EDGARizer
Express™ is a new
service from Electronic Publishing Services. We've found there's a need for a
quick, no-nonsense EDGAR filer for those people who are looking for
SEC-compliant EDGAR filings, aren't too concerned with how the final
product looks and need the filing done NOW and
at a reasonable price. We are here for
you!
How it works:
simply email or upload your
electronic documents to us. We quickly convert your form to the
SEC-compliant HTML EDGAR format, give the file a once
over, validate filing codes and then electronically file the
form with the SEC.
How much does
it cost? EDGARizer Express costs just $4.00 per page with no minimum
charge*. However, we require that
your documents are pre-formatted in Microsoft Word version
97 or higher. We cannot process PDF files as part of
this service. Also, all financial tables must be present in the
document and in tabular format (rows & columns). We cannot convert files
with embedded tables nor can we convert files with external links to Excel
files as part of this service. There are no other charges unless you want
to make post-conversion changes ($6 per page).
Quality of
service. Your word file will be converted and filed as-is with minimal
touch-up. Once converted, the EDGAR file may not look exactly like your
original Word file but will be very close and will be adequate for filing with
the SEC. There are several factors that contribute to the look of a document.
Most important, especially in a financial document, are how the tables are
formatted. If you use tabs or spaces to align the financial data, your
final HTML document won't match the original. What you need to do is convert all
of your financial tables to cellular tables, in other words, tables with rows
and columns, using the table tools in MS Word or else create the table in Excel
or other spreadsheet and copy/paste it in to Word. If you use cellular tables,
we can convert your tables to actual financial tables with aligned numbers and
dollar signs. See the sample 10-Q (original Word file, converted HTML file). You may use this sample as a template for
your own filing.
How will I know if I'll like it? We
are willing to give you a "sneak peak" of your filing. We will run your Word
file through our conversion process and send you a PDF file
for review.
Which EDGAR
forms do you accept? Most
all corporate forms including but not limited to 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K,
proxies and their amendments; same day service.
